HealthWatchTM Lifestyle Coaching Programs aim to help employees achieve a healthier lifestyle through personalized plans that include dietary changes, physical activity and stress management. Participants receive personal support from their own specialized Care Coach to help them reach their health goals. Working with a personal Care Coach gives employees the motivation and accountability they seek to be successful.
